Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated Delivery

• Wigs, bundles and extensions: Usually arrive within 3–10 business days after processing when shipped by our Atlanta-area fulfillment partner.

• Nails, lashes and selected accessories: Usually arrive within 4-14 business days after processing, depending on the supplier and shipping location.

Products may be shipped by different fulfillment partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates. You may receive more than one tracking number.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, supplier processing and customs may affect delivery times.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Address changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

When tracking becomes available, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. If your package is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their country.
